Kerry went above and beyond her always very high standards, responding absolutely brilliantly to my current vision loss. I was nervous about my 1st trip out of the house on my own since my recent surgery - I needn't have worried. She offered to let me hold her arm to take me to the basins, pointing out hazards on the way there and back. Took a photo of the back of my hair for me as she finished cutting and styling, as I couldn't see in the mirror. She even went out in the rain after my appointment and saw me safely into my taxi!!
